Want MHP to Lead a Workshop?

Interested in bringing a Mental Health Peer–led workshop to your residents, clubs, organizations, or student staff?

We offer interactive sessions on topics such as CAPS 101 (campus counseling resources), Imposter Syndrome, Microaggressions, Stress Reduction, Self-Care & Coping, and more. Each workshop provides practical tools, real-world strategies, and campus-specific resources to help students better understand mental health, support their peers, and care for themselves.
