Breakup Bootcamp

Breakups

Breakups are hard. It is important to validate and identify your feelings through this process. That means sitting with those feelings, which are often uncomfortable and difficult to process, but it is important to let yourself just be and acknowledge the grieving process of the loss of a relationship. Recognizing that there is no easy fix and that no "rebound" will help bypass the process. This is a gradual recovery process, where you deserve kindness and comfort.
